I expected better hospitality and wouldn’t choose this place again. I had an unexpected medical issue and contacted the host right away, but got no understanding or flexibility. I booked after 16:00, and the place clearly wasn’t in high demand, yet the host wouldn’t offer any goodwill or help without official paperwork from the clinic, which I never received. It left me feeling that money mattered more than basic human empathy.

The only good part was the receptionist, who was lovely and did everything right. Otherwise, arriving at the room was an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a foul smell that even seemed to make us feel sick. We opened the windows while we went to dinner, thinking perhaps we were overreacting, but the smell was still there when we returned. When we went to shower, we found brown marks on the white towels and decided not to use them because they seemed unhygienic. There was also a hair on one pillow and a black mark on the sheets. At reception we were told we had to pay an extra 4 euros that we hadn’t been informed about. It wasn’t a lot, but it was still added to what we’d already paid. I asked for compensation for the room price and still haven’t received a reply. Please review these issues. Thank you.
