We couldn't travel because of the Covid-19 situation, so we had to cancel our 2019 holiday. I'd booked through Booking.com with free cancellation, then spent at least two weeks trying to reach the property and get my money back. No one answered the phone or replied to my emails, and I never received a refund. I can't recommend this place. The customer service was awful, and it felt like they kept the money.

Right in the heart of Funchal, this apartment is in a great central spot. The owner is happy to help with all the plans.

Edgar was a really kind host and stayed in touch throughout, always offering help. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. We spent a week there with our two children and were all very happy. It's right in the heart of Funchal, and I'd highly recommend it.

A bottle of wine was waiting to welcome us, and there were nice toiletries and a late checkout. The apartment is really well equipped, right in the city center. The owner was quick, polite, and easy to reach. Highly recommend!

I've been trying for two years to get my money back for a stay canceled during the pandemic. When the owner finally replies, he says the refund will come in a few days, but it never does. For weeks now, I've had no response at all, and there's still been no refund. The customer service is terrible. The owner is taking advantage of the money guests paid, and I see it as theft. Avoid this place!
