The best part is that dedicated parking comes with the price. It's covered behind the building, accessed with a remote garage door, and the AV spot is marked on the wall. You do need to find the space yourself. The apartment is on the sixth floor, with an elevator, balconies, and a lovely glimpse of the ocean. Inside, there's a separate bedroom with a double bed made from a group of narrow beds, and a single duvet. The kitchenette is equipped, and there's another balcony with a clothes drying rack. Hot water comes from a boiler, so be mindful of how much you use. The bathroom has no forced ventilation. Overall, I'd recommend it.
