The location is good, and the rooms are quite nice, but getting checked in is complicated. There are several codes for different doors. If you arrive by car, you have to park somewhere, go to the room, and find the gate remote. The double bed is big and comfortable, but the two single beds are very small. The shower keeps switching between two minutes of hot water and two minutes of cold. Sound insulation is poor, especially with so much noise from the elevator. Renovation work is currently underway, with loud hammering starting at 8am.
