You may hear a dog barking constantly from the balcony that overlooks the pool. The place is in a gated community with a doorman. Also, take care in the underground parking, since the space for vehicles to maneuver is very tight in both directions.
We visited in December 2023 and found this to be great value for money. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and had an ocean view. It’s close to a hypermarket and mall, with Formosa beach and the seafront a quick trip away. Basement parking was easy to use, with simple access to the elevator.

We’d book this apartment again. It was clean and well equipped, with underground parking, and the hosts were wonderful. There’s a bus stop right outside, though we would prefer the Bolt bus, plus a great bar downstairs and a supermarket five minutes away on foot. Thanks!
A roomy, well-equipped apartment in a handy spot, with underground parking. It worked very well as a base for exploring Madeira.
