Quinta dos Álamos

The breakfast is a real bonus, with plenty of choice and homemade products, and the staff and owner are so friendly and always ready to help. We keep coming back, and this is one of our favorite places to stay. The accommodation is spacious and spotless, with two bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with what you need for a few days away. The pool is clean and a good size. It's easy to get to, peaceful, and great for a relaxing break. Being able to bring our pets is essential for us. We highly recommend it.

The pool was a highlight, spacious and peaceful, just right for unwinding on hot days. The grounds are lovely for relaxing and enjoying nature, and the place is pet-friendly too. D. Teresa and D. Isabel welcomed us so warmly and were attentive from the start, making us feel at home. D. Luísa clearly cares deeply about the place, and you can see that in the little details. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent quality local products and a lovely taste of Portuguese tradition. It was such a good way to start the day. We'd definitely like to come back. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The pool is nice and quiet, and breakfast is simple but tasty. The woman serving it was always very friendly. Being pet-friendly is a real plus if you have a dog, and there's a shared barbecue behind the houses. The quinta is beautiful and well located, though the houses are basic and could be more comfortable in the shared living areas. Our house didn't get much natural light, and the sofa was very uncomfortable, almost like a sofa bed. I'll definitely come back.

Set on an equestrian estate, with houses available for local accommodation, this is a very peaceful place. D Helena's kindness really makes a difference, and the breakfast was splendid.
