Even though we arrived quite late and missed the winery tour, the barman at Quinta de Pacheca was incredibly accommodating and still welcomed us for bar snacks and wine. The €33 charcuterie board and €12 bottle were both delicious, and together they were plenty for dinner. It was a relaxed evening in a beautiful winery, especially on the patio with peacocks wandering around and genuinely friendly service. I’d recommend that combination ❤️

We came for a wedding and thought it was a lovely venue. The staff were friendly and relaxed, and we loved the two resident dogs and cats. Our regular room, not one of the barrels, was nicely decorated and a good size, though there was no kettle for boiling water. We ate several meals here and the food was pretty good. The main restaurant only opens for dinner at 7:30pm and isn’t open all day. It’s small, so you may not get a table without booking. Breakfast runs from 8 to 10am, which also felt late and short. The bar has food too, but the menu is very limited, especially for gluten-free diners. Reception quoted us £150-200 for a car from QDP to Porto airport, but on the day we paid £220. No one explained the increase, and that was just for two passengers.

The winery tour was nice, but the restaurant didn’t live up to its high prices. The food was average, and they charged us for three people for the olive board even though just one person tried a single olive. The grilled tuna was okay.

My wife and I signed up for Lagarada w/ Meal, with wine tasting, grape stomping, and a meal. Pedro hosted us really well, and our group made the whole thing even more fun. There was a band playing while we stomped the grapes, and the tasting and meal, with more wine, were both excellent. Highly recommend it!

The Flamour Experience was my favorite day of the vacation. Theresa was wonderful, and the winerella painting was such a unique touch. Everything else was perfect too, from our room to the food.
