Hotel 3K Europa

We loved the relaxed feel, decor, and location, and had great views from both our room and the roof terrace. Parking underground was very easy, and breakfast was amazing. The standard room was comfortable and functional, while the bathroom would benefit from a few small improvements, though it was adequate. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

The room was nice and had a nice tub, but the mattress was so firm that it was uncomfortable. We ordered room service one night, and the food was cold in the middle. The bar waiter was super rude and didn’t understand that we just wanted our money back, not for the food to be reheated.

Our reservation had been cancelled, even though I’d written to the hotel saying we’d arrive a day late and wanted to keep it. We’d missed our flight and rearranged travel for the next day, so we arrived well past midnight. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked us a similar room and didn’t even charge for the first night we’d missed. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable. A firm mattress and fluffy cover made for a good night’s rest after stressful travel. It’s on a busy street with cafes, so there are plenty of places to grab a bite, but the sound insulation is excellent and little street noise gets in. We enjoyed the stay and would gladly come back.

A lovely breakfast, a great little gym, and a bar right there at the hotel. It’s a modern place, and the staff were really helpful.
