Our stay in the Centeal Hill apartment was lovely. It was quiet, clean, and close to Lisbon's main squares, restaurants, and shops. Tomos, our realty agent, got in touch ahead of time and met us early so we could leave our bags before check-in. He was pleasant and gave us lots of tips on places to eat and visit. The one thing I'd suggest is adding a dryer. There was a washing machine, but with seven people, hanging all our clothes to dry was a challenge. Everything else about the apartment was fine.

We were a group of 10 staying one night in the Alegria apartment. It was our first time using Airbnb and Central Hill Apartments, and check-in was easy. The apartment turned out much bigger than expected, everyone was comfortable, and having three washrooms was a real plus. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to family and friends.
The apartment was spacious and easily fit our group of 10 for three nights in Lisboa, but we wouldn't stay again. Shower pressure was low, and the temperature suddenly swung to extremes while we were using it, perhaps because the system couldn't handle several people at once. Several sockets felt loose when plugging things in or pulling them out. There was no air conditioning, and the cheap desk fans weren't enough. If there's no A/C, pedestal fans should at least be provided. Check-out timing was rigid. It would also help to leave a short laminated guide with the rules, requirements, and basic information on local amenities and public transport for arriving guests.
The view over Lisbon was gorgeous, and getting into the city was easy. We could park during Portugal Days too. There’s no A/C, but opening the windows and switching on the fans worked for us. This apartment is actually amazing, despite the negative reviews. Highly recommend it!
The flat itself was spacious and nice, but dealing with the agency was awful. They treated us without courtesy or respect and acted superior. There was no support when we needed it, and we weren't given towels or extra sheets. Whenever I washed them, I just had to hope they’d dry by evening. The WiFi was shared by three flats, at least 15-20 people, so it was as slow as you'd expect. We had to move out a day before the contract ended and got no refund for that. The deposit also wasn't returned when we moved out, only a week later. I wouldn't rent from this agency again.
