The room sizes were nice, and the place was otherwise clean and quiet. But the online AC advertising is false: the websites show air conditioning for the whole hostel, when only certain rooms have it and you have to pay extra. The woman at the counter wouldn’t honor the website wording, and the rooms without AC were too hot to accept. Someone took a protein drink from the fridge, but that was another guest’s fault, not the hostel’s.

There’s lots of natural light in the rooms, and the shared kitchen has the essentials. The shared bathroom was in good condition too. The bus stop is right outside, and getting around by bus or metro is easy because of the excellent location. I’d recommend this hostel for a Lisbon stay.

Everyone was so lovely, and the room was clean with enough space for us all. The hostel itself looked really beautiful, and the price was super cheap compared with other hostels.

The room was clean, though morning light came straight in. There’s nobody at reception, just text instructions for getting inside. Some parts have been renewed, while others feel very old.

They canceled my booking after two months, saying they’d made a pricing mistake, then offered it at twice the price. When I wouldn’t agree, they canceled the reservation. I’d strongly advise against this hostel. It feels like fraud, and Booking is helping them do it.
