The flats look nice in the photos, but when you arrive they hand over keys to an old, smelly place that doesn’t match the pictures. It feels like a scam.

I made the booking in December 2019 for the following May and paid a deposit with free cancellation. I cancelled in March 2020 and was supposed to get the deposit back, but it never arrived despite several emails. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Madalena was delightful and gave us lots of explanations and suggestions. The hosts welcomed us wonderfully, with pastéis de Belém, Vino Oportunidade, fruit, and more. The place was perfectly located and so well equipped we didn’t lack anything. A great experience, fully recommended.
