The photo is of Plaça di Comercio. Tram 28 is a must-see in Lisbon, winding through lots of the city's streets and alleyways.

The manager was attentive and very helpful, and the place was well-equipped. It’s in a central spot in an iconic neighborhood, right beside the Santa Lucía viewpoint.
