We were there for one night after a conference. The rooms were clean and the staff were extra kind.

We ended up needing a place for the night because of the power outage, and the staff were a lifesaver. Even without power, they were smiling, helpful, and accommodating through a stressful situation. Thank you again to everyone there. The room was clean and the location was great.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a perfect location made for an excellent stay. I'd highly recommend it for a work trip or a holiday.

6/10
The staff were really kind and polite, and the location is excellent. But the bathroom smelled awful, so we had to keep its door shut. I mentioned it to the guy at reception, though maybe he didn't understand me. It was an unpleasant smell, but aside from that, the stay wasn't bad.

I fell on the stairs here yesterday and seriously hurt my back. I feel lucky to have survived the fall. The stairs were slippery like ice, with no handrails or other safety measures. My phone was completely destroyed, and the hotel didn't compensate me for what happened. I plan to sue once I've recovered. Don't book here. The rooms also had very old furniture, the bathrooms were greasy and dirty, and breakfast was horrible.
