For the price, this was a good choice. The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi worked, while the shared spaces, including bathrooms and kitchen, were cleaned every day. Service was flawless. The bedrooms were only a 3/5 because the AC didn't work and there was some kind of fan instead. Noise from the main street came through the wooden window parts and was annoying. The location is excellent, near the metro, a local Cafe downstairs, and two markets downstairs.

Good value for the price. You get your own room and share the bathrooms. There's a well equipped kitchen for guests to use, and the communal areas are cleaned spotless every day.

We paid the full amount in advance, but our flight was delayed and we couldn't reach the place in time for check-in. They canceled our reservation, kept all the money, and never replied to our messages afterward.

They canceled my reservation without telling me beforehand and kept all my money. They never responded afterward. Don't book at Almirante GuestHouse!
