The staff were welcoming and ready to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. Augusta Boutique House has a stylish, modern design and a cozy, elegant feel. Its location right in the heart of Lisbon made it easy to walk to the main sights, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. We had a wonderful stay and would happily pick this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Maria made everything run smoothly with her expert help, and the rooms were comfortable for our five nights in the heart of Baixa. We had a magnificent breakfast on the rooftop each morning, and the convenience of the location was hard to beat. The street below is busy, but shutting the windows cut out most of the noise and let us sleep well. We couldn't have been happier with the hotel choice.

I felt very safe here and would gladly return. The staff greeted me warmly every day, always with smiles that brightened my day. Breakfast on the rooftop is something to try at least once, though having it in your room with balcony views could be lovely too. Hearing live music from the window at night was charming.

The location beside Rossio Square was fantastic, and my top-floor room was quiet. I stayed two nights while in Lisboa and found the hotel clean, with top-notch service. For what I paid, it was good value. It wouldn't suit someone who wants to spend time in the hotel and expects five-star accommodation and luxury amenities.

The balcony view was amazing, and breakfast was brought right to our room. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through to our departure.
