Boemio FLH Hotels

We were grateful to be allowed to check out at 4pm after losing sleep to noise outside, which the hotel couldn't control. The suite itself was a great room, and the staff were fantastic. They were ready to help with any questions or problems. Breakfast was fantastic too.

We were able to leave our luggage there, which was handy. The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the metro and train station are close by, including for a trip to Sintra. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were beautiful. It can get loud on the busy street, so light sleepers might want earplugs. The overnight receptionist, a bald man with glasses, was especially kind and welcoming. Every interaction with him was pleasant. We'd absolutely come back.

The bathroom could use more space, and I noticed a little mold in the shower grout. There's no extractor fan, and noise from outside and the hallway carries into the rooms. Still, I had a really good stay in the Deluxe Double Room with another person. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and has a stylish boutique feel. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection. Service was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff. Its spot in the heart of Lisbon, just steps from a metro station, made getting around simple. I'd definitely stay again for the service and location.

The only downside was some noise outside, which you'd expect right in the centre. I wore earplugs and slept wonderfully for all three nights. The room was fantastic, breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and the staff were so friendly. We loved our stay.
