We stayed four nights and felt at home as soon as we arrived. The welcome was warm and easy, and the woman at reception, Jane, I hope I've got her name right, answered everything we wanted to know. The whole staff team was polite and attentive at breakfast, which was a dream. The food was delicious, with some homemade and gluten-free options, a big plus. Our room had a lovely old-fashioned look, high ceilings, and lots of charm. Everything worked well, and we even found a welcome gift that made us smile. The walls are thin, so you can hear people in other rooms when it's quiet. With the windows shut, though, street noise was blocked very well. The hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon, so we could get around on foot or by public transport. When our feet got tired, Bolt and Uber were also convenient and cheap ways to get places. I'd recommend staying here and enjoying Lisbon. Thanks again for everything!

Casa Oliver is where my friend and I spent three wonderful nights. Miguel greeted us so warmly and was incredibly helpful, and we appreciated his tips. Jane, his colleague, was just as lovely. We loved the spacious, nice room and its thoughtful touches, especially the vintage-style radio, minibar, and the delicious pastéis de nata left for us each day. We didn't eat breakfast there, though the breakfast room looked beautiful and the food looked delicious. The location made it easy to walk almost everywhere. If we return to Lisbon, we'll definitely stay at Casa Oliver again.

The room was lovely, but it was disappointing that the elevator wasn't working, since that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also a very strong fragrance on the main floor, which seemed like it might be covering up another smell.

The staff were so friendly, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and decorated in a romantic, royal style. It's in a perfect location, too. Since it's an old building, you might sometimes hear the neighbours a little more. Hope to come back someday! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Ińes at the front desk was wonderful, so kind, welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. When I thought my luggage was lost, she helped me track down the taxi driver. She went well beyond what she had to do and didn't hesitate to help. My room was beautiful, with a warm feel and lots of charming little details. I'll stay at Casa Oliver again and tell all my friends to stay there when they visit Lisbon!
