We were a family of three visiting Lisboa for the first time with our toddler. Our room was a roomy studio with a balcony and a small kitchen stocked with all the amenities. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and arrived at the door every morning. The hotel is in lively Chiado, within walking distance of lots of interesting places, including Rossio Station, where we caught the train to Sintra. The staff were kind and hospitable throughout our stay. Paulo even put together a farewell surprise for my little girl. Muito Obrigado!

Paulo and Miguel were always there with help whenever we had a question or wanted a recommendation during our five nights. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful, and since we left early each day, it was placed in the fridge the night before. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view, and you can’t beat the location, close to loads of restaurants, bars, shops, and transport stops. If you’re taking an Inside Lisbon day tour, they meet at the hard rock, an easy short walk from the hotel. The shower was a bit weird, though maybe that’s normal for Europeans! We had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend it, and will probably come back next time we’re in Lisbon.

Paulo and Miguel took such good care of us, and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable, with a great location, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. For tours or transfers, ask the hotel about Val. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, took us to Fátima, and handled both our airport pickup and drop-off. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
