Nearby, there’s a lovely sunrise viewpoint, a funicular stop, several cafés for breakfast, and the last stop of tram 28. Rossio Square is only a five-minute walk via some stairs. The apartment is a little uphill, but that’s normal for Lisbon. I stayed six days and had a wonderful time. The place was clean, stylish, and fully equipped, so it was really convenient. Even though it’s an apartment, they cleaned and changed the towels every other day, which was a nice bonus. The SMEG washer and dryer worked perfectly and came in very handy. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay in Lisbon.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and you can walk to Fado performances, tram 28, the Santa Justa elevator, and lots of other attractions. Chiado Mercy is in the Chidi district, where most of the sights are. The hotel rooms have excellent amenities, with everything you need during a visit to Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Our first apartment had an odor coming from outside, but the team handled it straight away and moved us to another apartment seamlessly. They even helped carry our many bags over and gave us plug adapters when we asked. It was easy to contact everyone on WhatsApp, and they accommodated all our requests. Thanks to Yuran, the housekeeping team, and all the staff for such good service. My family and I spent two nights in a two-bedroom apartment. It was modern, spacious, and very clean, in a very central spot. We appreciated being able to check in early and the welcome package with fruit, bottled water, Nespresso capsules, and tea. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Chiado Mercy Apartments!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. It’s in a busy area, but the windows kept it quiet, and parking is underneath the building. We were welcomed at the door for check-in and had everything explained clearly. Great location, and we’d stay here again.

We stayed four nights in Lisbon and had an incredible time. The apartment was really nice, with a little porch overlooking the street, a kitchen, and even a washer/dryer. It was very clean and centrally located. We picked this place because of the free parking and were so glad we did. The garage is right under the building and very easy to use. We also had no trouble communicating on WhatsApp with the representative who met us to get us into the parking and apartment. Definitely recommend!
