The place is clean, cozy and well located. They provide a capsule coffee machine, tea, and complimentary bottles of wine and water. The check-in staff were a little unfriendly. I'd avoid their airport transfer. It's much pricier than a taxi, and they didn't show up for us, so we took a taxi instead. The €250 deposit also takes a long time to be returned. They don't hold luggage, which is a real problem. If there's space, you can use the luggage storage at Rossio train or metro station, or leave it at a nearby Indian-run souvenir shop for €5 per bag.

Just as pictured, and fantastic. The place is new, spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Great value for money, and the location in Chiado is perfect. I recommend it.
