The room looked recently renovated and was spotless, really lovely. Staff were great from the start: they called to check when I’d arrive late, then sent clear WhatsApp instructions for checking myself in. The cleaner was kind and helpful too. Highly recommend.

The staff were so kind and attentive, especially Bruna and the lovely cleaners. We had a great stay, and the location was just right. I’d happily come back.

There’s a shared space for a simple breakfast, and our room was bright and clean with a large walk-in shower. The place is within easy walking distance of local markets, plenty of cafés and restaurants, plus trams and buses. Service was exemplary, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The courtyard-facing room was quiet, with good soundproofing. Everything felt new and was very clean. There’s a kitchenette for making drinks and such, and restaurants and bars are easy to reach. Great staff.

The location is amazing, and the AC worked well. My room was on the small side, but clean. There’s also a shared kitchen where you can make coffee or a meal.
