The stay was fairly comfortable and pleasant, though only semi-clean. The shower wasn’t regulated, and I was overcharged on taxes. At checkout, I got locked outside for an hour, which was pretty frustrating. They need a better way to reach property management directly from the front door when a guest has a problem.

Charming place, but the walls are VERY thin. You can hear other guests whispering in the kitchen as if they’re right in your room. Our room had a separate bathroom with no heating, around 8-10 degrees C, and there was barely any hot water in the shower. Trying to shower in cold water in an 8 degree room is a challenge...

I booked a month at this hotel through Agoda, but didn’t get my visa for Lisbon, Portugal. I asked several times for a refund and they refused, pointing to their refund policy. A very disappointing experience.

The worst place I’ve ever been. Avoid it!

The street was noisy, and it could use more toilets. Still, it was comfortable, with great amenities including a kitchen and washing machine. Luisa, the host, was lovely :)
