Feels Like Home Baixa Luxury Apartment

A modern, spacious apartment with everything we needed. It’s close to the river and restaurants, with two supermarkets nearby for essentials. The one drawback was the entrance, which looked like a building site. I assume it was being renovated, though I didn’t see any work happening. I’d definitely recommend this hidden gem.

The apartment has a large living room with a kitchen. One bedroom is just to the left as you enter, and the other two are at the end of the hall on the right. There’s a bathroom at the end of the hall, plus another inside one bedroom, accessible only to whoever sleeps in that room. The location is right in central Lisbon. There’s a minimarket 20 meters away and one of the best pizzerias on the corner, about 100 meters away. The main shopping street is four streets over, and the main train station is a 10-15 minute walk. Consider it if the price fits your budget.

A week before I was due to leave, on May 20, 2025, they emailed to cancel my reservation without explaining why. I’d booked and paid the balance back in February 2025, so this left me scrambling to find somewhere else on short notice and paying for the new accommodation too. I’d planned the vacation months ahead, and now I’m told the refund may take 7-15 days. A truly awful experience, with zero professionalism.
