The staff were quick to answer us on WhatsApp, and the check-in instructions were clear. We booked through Hotels.com and the arrival went smoothly. We stayed four nights, and the apartment was comfortable enough for two, though the furnishings were worn. The sofa felt dusty, dirty, and sticky, the bed had marks on it and wasn't very comfortable, the living room TV was old and small, and the bathroom products smelled awful and seemed cheap. The hairdryer was old and tiny, and the Wi-Fi was slow. There was a spacious bedroom closet and a large bathroom with a big shower. The kitchen had the basics, and we were pleased to find a complimentary bottle of wine. The building has several accommodation companies, which made it confusing when guests couldn't find their door or their code failed. I sometimes helped people get inside. The elevator was there but very small and slow. Our Superior 1-Bedroom Apartment was one level above ground, with an outdoor yard-garden. We didn't request housekeeping, but things we asked for over WhatsApp arrived the next day. We were given only one heavy metal key for both of us, and they wouldn't provide another, which was inconvenient. The apartment is at the bottom of a hill and a bit away from central Lisbon. Walking into the center takes 15-20 minutes, with hills in both directions. We paid about €100 a night, which felt unreasonable for the quality. Maybe it's okay for a short stay, but don't expect a particularly nice or comfortable place. I can't strongly recommend it, though it wasn't terrible.

There was hair on the bed and under the blanket, and it looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty.

From the fourth floor we had an incredible view, and the apartment was well equipped, with a kitchen and even a washing machine. We really liked the place. The location made it easy to get around on foot, and line 28 is close by. Check-in and checkout using the key box went smoothly, and the host was easy to communicate with. We'd definitely recommend it.

The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, the mercado, and bakeries around central Lisbon. The kitchen was well supplied, and there was an ironing board and washer too. But we had to message on arrival day to get the check-in details, the WiFi information in the room was wrong, and the towels were dirty. The place wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. Disappointing overall.
