Found the thing I needed, and the price was great.

The shop seems to have something for every part of the home. Warranty help, though? That section appears to be missing. I bought a refillable lighter for €3.99, expecting it to last longer than two weeks. It ran out of gas, I refilled it, and then it simply stopped working. Somehow I’ve now spent two weeks messaging customer support over a €3.99 item. I didn’t expect a cheap lighter to come with such a complicated bit of administration. Returning something sounds straightforward if it’s unused, still in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days with the receipt. But if it develops a fault after you’ve used it for its intended purpose, things get much less clear. When I tried to claim under the warranty, there was no submission form or proof of receipt, and nobody seemed to know what the process was. The customer service added to the frustration. Asking questions about my rights seemed to make me feel like a nuisance. The shop bag has a red heart and the words “Seamos responsables” in Spanish. It’s a nice, inspiring message, though in my case it felt more fictional than descriptive. For a picture frame, wooden spoon, or cushion, this seems like a great shop. For anything that might need warranty service, bring patience, luck, and a sense of humor.

Why does the website say it’s open on Sundays when it isn’t? They could at least put up a note saying they wouldn’t be working that day!
