Hello Lisbon São Bento Valley Boutique Apartments

The garden is a nice extra, and they left a free small bottle of wine. Staff are friendly and there around the clock. The apartment was nice and relatively clean, though I found bits of trash here and there. I couldn't see the river from it, despite what I wanted, and you can hear every step upstairs through the thin floors. Renovation work on the street building also meant early noise. Call ahead if you have a particular room in mind because the booking can be misleading. Nice overall, but not for the price.

The staff were amazing, kind, and respectful. The apartment is adorable, mixing old and modern, and its location right in the middle of old Lisbon is fantastic. There aren't many stairs to the lobby, and you can take the lift from there to the rooms.

It's a very nice, spacious apartment. The challenge was carrying our seven-month-old and stroller up three flights of stairs. They do have an elevator, but it only starts after the first flight.

The A apartments have a nice layout and sit in a great part of Lisbon. They're updated, though some maintenance and paintwork are still needed. If you arrive before 3PM, you can leave your bags in the luggage lockers and explore the city. Remember to ask for pool towels when you check in, we didn't get ours until the final day. Breakfast was okay: rolls, a few mini croissants, milk, orange juice, coffee packets, jam, butter, and sugar. Wi-Fi is included, but spotty at best. I can't comment on B or C apartments.
