Our flight had been overnight, so we reached the hotel six hours before check-in, tired and jetlagged. The kind staff offered us a spare room to rest while our executive suite was being prepared. They even offered to move our bags to the suite if we went out to see Lisbon. We appreciated that so much. Once the room was ready, check-in was quick and friendly. Breakfast is well worth adding to your stay. The hours were reasonable, with an impressive range of hot and cold food, including bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash, beans, tomatoes, made-to-order omelets, fruit and bread. Their Pastel de Nata was quite good too. It was a delicious start to each day. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and helped us arrange the tours we wanted. They also suggested places to visit and good ways to get around. The suite was spacious enough for my daughter to have her own area, and the food and bar choices were delicious. Holiday Inn Lisbon is in a nice, central location. I’d definitely stay again when we return to Lisboa.

Bruno gave us a very welcoming start, and check-in was easy. The whole staff is well trained and understands what visitors need from the local area. The central location made it simple to get here from the train strain, then leave early for the airport. I look forward to bringing my family next time.

The hotel looks beautiful, with very cool interior design, but staying here for leisure wasn’t ideal since it’s in the business center. The lobby and room hallways had a bit of a bad smell. Our room was mediocre and very humid, with no real way to fix that. The shower was ridiculous: it was a bathtub with a water-spitting head, no head above, and no curtain or glass. Water went everywhere unless you stood right next to the faucet. Breakfast wasn’t very good either, with few choices for our vegetarian and non-vegetarian group.

This felt more like a dormitory than a hotel: dirty and unkempt. The staff were wonderful, but seemed to be dealing with IHG not making the property presentable. None of the website photos seemed true. The rooms were horrible, with no AC, room service or concierge. It’s not worth $50 a night, or spending points on.
