The owner quickly moved us to another room when we complained about outside noise. We had a great time during our four nights here. The place was very clean, and the staff were really nice. Thank you, highly recommend it!

The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the train station for our day trip to Sintra was just 10 minutes away. Shared bathrooms were consistently clean and organised, and there was always someone at reception. On checkout day, staff helped carry our luggage to the metro and gave us two magnets. I'd stay here again if I return to Lisboa.

Lisbon was a place we really enjoyed with the owners' help. They were kind and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Everything felt so high-level that it was hard to even call this a hostel. A very convenient place to stay, thank you to the owners.

I've stayed at this hostel four or five times. The people are friendly and supportive, and I'll definitely come back.
