Sunima at breakfast patiently explained the different coffee machine functions and helped us find vegetarian menu options. Her kindness and attentiveness made our mornings especially pleasant. The reception staff were also friendly and easy to talk to, especially the professional, funny gentleman who's been at the hotel for nearly 20 years. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and a soft, comfortable bed. Parking in the garage was easy. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

A good budget hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with little traffic on the adjoining streets. The beds were good, the service was super friendly, and we were warmly welcomed. Breakfast was good, too. It's well located near a metro station, handy for getting to the airport quickly. There are nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket five minutes up the street.

We stayed for four nights on our Lisbon trip. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. It's close to public transport, the city center, and shopping malls. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The rooms are small, but clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast and found the front desk staff excellent. The hotel is close to the metro, so it's easy to get to Lisbon center, the airport, and the train station.

We stayed one night here and one night at Sana Reno Hotel, just one door away on the same street. The metro Sao Sebastiao is very convenient to reach. The staff were nice, the continental breakfast was good, and the room was clean.
