House and Rooms in Lisbon

We only stayed ten minutes before leaving. The house smelled strongly of dampness and wet towels, and it was dirty and poorly kept both inside and outside. Stones were missing from the steps up to the door. People were shouting in the other rooms, and families live downstairs. We had to walk through their washing and children to reach the door. Our room’s window was bolted and about the size of a laptop, so you couldn’t see out. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. We’d paid for four nights, but booked somewhere else and stayed there instead. I’ve stayed in hostels and Airbnbs in many countries and have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Please do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Very clean, and the woman was so friendly. She got everything we needed for us each day. The other people there were calm and clean too. Highly recommend.

Everything else was okay, but there was a bad smell.

The staff weren’t nice, and the quality didn’t justify the price.
