Just Lisbon

Staff were really nice, though most didn't speak English. The hostel was clean and tidy, with nice rooms and clean, convenient shared bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was basic but more than enough, while the kitchen wasn't well equipped for cooking. There's no elevator, which is tough if you have a suitcase. We were there when there wasn't much of an atmosphere or many people, even though the terrace is really nice, which was a shame.

The location is perfect, beside a plaza with lots of cafes and bars and away from mass tourism. It's a great affordable place, with brand new, super clean rooms and common areas. Beds and pillows were great. The shared-bathroom room was fine because there are plenty of different bathrooms on each floor for just a few rooms. They made the bed and left clean towels every day.

I stay here whenever I'm in Lisbon. It's near the city centre, close enough to walk. The rooms are nice and cozy, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast is included and very good. Worth the stay.

The bathroom was really dirty and unhygienic, smelled bad, and hadn't been cleaned. The bins were overflowing and there was no toilet paper, which they didn't refill. The receptionist was rude and didn't speak nicely either. I saw online that two rooms were available, one priced at 31 euro and another three-bedroom at 45. There were two of us and we wanted the double bedroom, but he wouldn't give us that room, so we had to stay in the bigger one. Worst experience ever.
