After a day on our feet, the pool and sauna were lovely to come back to. We also used the 12% voucher for a hot stone massage, which was excellent. Free welcome drinks and a complimentary minibar were nice extras. The room was small but comfortable, and although ours faced the street at ground level, the soundproofing kept out all the traffic noise. It’s a nice little hotel in a great spot.

Yasoja was a highlight of our trip. It was lovely meeting and chatting with him, and his kindness really set the mood for our vacation. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming. We also found Lisboa Pessoa Hotel very clean and centrally located, with incredibly comfortable beds. We had an incredible stay in Lisbon and hope other guests enjoy every minute and keep “making the city beautiful” too.

We had a great hot shower, a comfortable bed, and a stocked minibar, and the rooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, with excellent food and drinks. Be sure to take the free welcome drink. The hotel was a perfect base for the first three nights of our Portugal trip. It’s right in the heart of Lisbon, with food, shopping, and iconic sights just steps away. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and Soldier especially stood out. His passion for giving guests a great experience made our stay feel personal. We’d happily return.

The service was incredible. From the manager and front desk to everyone at the rooftop restaurant, people were courteous and went out of their way to make my one night enjoyable. My ground-level room was quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing, and it was very comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and just steps from shops, restaurants, and Museu do Carmo in Chiado. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Chiado.

Lisbon itself was fine, but this hotel is what made the trip special. We’re so grateful to the team for making it our best stay. The service was amazing, and the location was great. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, with views to match. We also got a welcome drink and a spa discount. The massages were the best we’ve ever had, and the sauna and pool were free to use.
