4/10
This is an expensive place for what you get. The kitchen equipment is woefully inadequate, the bathroom is small, and one of the three bedrooms is tiny and has no window. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. The floor is uneven and felt dangerous, and there was no vacuum cleaner or floor-cleaning supplies. The one plus is a typical restaurant at the foot of the building. Even that was a hazard in the rain: I slipped and broke my ankle.

Everything else was great, but the bathroom was a bit stuffy. There are no blinds or curtains, so you can't see in, and the toilet is so close to the wall there's barely enough room for a child.

There are supermarkets nearby, and the place is well located. But one shower for eight people seems excessive, and getting up four floors with no elevator is the only other downside.
