It's pricey, but worth every cent. The wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay so pleasant. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you want to see in Lisboa, making it a perfect starting point for our daily excursions. Dinner was fantastic too. We'll choose it again when we return to Lisboa!

A fantastic hotel, truly five-star all around. The staff really made the place, and the food was delicious and excellent quality. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch, and the location was brilliant.

The room was clean and comfortable, and close to the city centre, but it wasn't anything special. We told the hotel several times it was our honeymoon, especially after seeing their honeymoon rooms posted on Instagram. Still, they put us in a small first-floor room with no views. At breakfast, nobody explained how things worked or took our order, so we didn't realize we could have hot food and coffee. For nearly €2,000, you could get somewhere nicer.

We had a comfortable room in a vintage hotel with a modern twist. The courtyard is quaint, but doesn't feel very private when your room faces it and the window is open. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the cobblestones out front. Parking a few blocks away was a drawback, though we knew about it when we booked. The central location is handy for walking to shops, restaurants, and the theatre, so I recommend it.

We got a complimentary welcome wine, which was a nice touch. The location was great, the room was quiet and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Good value for the price.
