We stayed around Easter and had a wonderful trip, helped along by beautiful Lisabon. The hotel is spotless, the studio was great, breakfast was wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better. The reception staff were so nice, polite, and helpful. There’s also a shop right next door, which is handy if, like us, you forget something 😀 I know how much effort the lovely people here put into making guests feel marvellous. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Our family of five had a great stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d strongly recommend the place. Breakfast was really nice, with a choice of tasty cakes that seemed homemade, fresh fruit and juices, plus lots of other sweet and savoury options.

The staff are lovely and service was very good. The hotel’s location is fabulous, a stone’s throw from Edward VII park, the metro, and the bus system. We had a lovely time here thanks to the staff and location. Our standard room with a balcony was quite small, though manageable with a small backpack. The sink outside the bathroom wasn’t great because of the sliding door arrangement, and it didn’t feel hygienic. The room was made up promptly. The elevator is tiny, only room for two people at a time, but that’s because the building is historic and listed. The TV signal kept cutting out, so it was unusable. Breakfast was okay, with a good selection for the price, though more variety would have been nice. The balcony was very small. Opening the other bay window was the only way to sit on the other side, but it felt sketchy, so we hardly used it. 8/10

The hotel made our Lisbon honeymoon feel worthwhile, even though we were disappointed by how little there was to see or do in the city. The staff were friendly and spoke English and Spanish fluently. Our room was cleaned every day, and the whole place stayed spotless and smelled fresh. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of choices. We had a great stay at LX51.
