Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but a perfectly good start to the day. My room was clean, comfortable, and well serviced. The hotel is centrally located near lots of amenities, so it was easy to get around. Staff were first class, friendly and professional, and always ready to help. A pleasant stay, and I’d consider coming back.

The staff really lifted the experience. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The man who checked me in late Monday afternoon was friendly, and the man and woman at breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday looked after me well. They recognized me from the previous day and offered freshly cooked eggs, while staying unobtrusive. The location is great, within walking distance of lots of good places and close to plenty of tram stops. The hotel itself is nice, and my room was a good size, with tasteful, modern decor. There were a couple of small issues: being on the first floor facing the road meant a fair bit of noise, though I always travel with earplugs and slept soundly. There were also a couple of minor maintenance problems, but nothing that really affected the room or my enjoyment. I’d happily stay here again.

Quirky, funny decor and rooms that were clean and comfortable. It’s a great hotel in the heart of Lisbon, with easy access to both the old town and the harbor. Highly recommended.

Being so close to Lisbon’s sights made getting around easy. Praça do Comércio was about a five-minute walk, and most places we wanted to see were reachable on foot. There’s also a big public garage three minutes away, around €20 a day. The staff were cheerful, polite, and helpful wherever we met them, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. The room was quiet despite the central setting, nicely furnished, and spotless. We appreciated having complimentary water and a coffee machine. Check-in was at 14:00, and checkout at 12:00 was convenient. Breakfast was great value, with eggs, vegetables, mushrooms, sausage, beans, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, fruit, fresh pastries including pastel de nata, plus toast, rolls, coffee, tea, and juices. The hotel felt warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding.
