We could walk to most places in central Lisbon from this hotel, and the service was great. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had a really pleasant smell. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, especially the fried eggs, cooked just right. The waiters and chef worked around my dietary needs and offered to make lactose-free food. Lunch was very good and reasonably priced too. They even put together a quick lunch so I could get to the airport on time. I’d recommend staying here and would return if I visit Lisbon again.

I’ve stayed here twice and would come back. It’s easy to get around on foot, with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The staff are all welcoming, and Marta was my favorite. She speaks perfect English and was so kind and supportive. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay good. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options. For other places you want to visit, download the Bolt app. A trip to the airport can cost around 15 euros, and it’s super cheap and reliable.

Our stay at Meraprime Gold Lisbon was a complete disaster. There was no hot water at all, so we couldn’t shower, and the room we ended up in was moldy and smelled awful. It raises serious concerns about hygiene and upkeep. This was already our second room. The first one was uninhabitable: the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was broken, the shower leaked, the drain was clogged, and the rug was filthy. Problems continued even after the move. This property clearly has ongoing maintenance failures and no quality control.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail, and the golden design gives the hotel a stylish feel. Staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was very good, with fresh products. MeraPrime Gold Design Hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon, handy for exploring the city, and deserves more than 3 stars in my view. We’ll definitely be back 👋

We booked at the last minute and were glad we chose this place. The room was clean and comfortable, right in the city centre. Even at busy times, shutting the window kept the outside noise out. The whole staff was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it!
