My Suite Lisbon Guest House

The team were so polite, professional and accommodating, and the suite itself was spacious with lively interiors. It felt uplifting, stylish, comfortable and clean. We had a perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back.

The rooms looked lovely and were clean, and breakfast was excellent. Everyone on staff was helpful and gave us great suggestions for seeing Lisbon. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

I never actually stayed at this apartment hotel, since I accidentally booked through an external platform with a poor booking system. Even though it was a no-cancellation reservation, the reservation team kindly made an exception and refunded me. I really appreciated their considerate, professional handling of the situation, and would think about staying here in the future.

Pastel de nata each evening made the place feel like home. The staff were fantastic, the best hotel staff I’ve come across anywhere in Portugal by far, and they were always ready to help with anything missing from the large, well-equipped room or offer suggestions. The location is central but the neighborhood is quiet, with food, drinks, history and transport all nearby. A really nice place to stay. I’d gladly recommend it and come back.
