I arrived in Lisbon from London and couldn’t get into my room, so I had to find somewhere temporary to sleep and was effectively homeless for the night. I saw the shared area while I was there, and its condition and the other guests made me very uncomfortable. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I was just relieved I hadn’t stayed in this disgusting place. The previous reviews seem fake. This is the worst accommodation I’ve come across, and I strongly suggest not staying here.

We had a lovely stay. The place was wonderful, and the host was humble.
