New Style Lisbon Hotel

The location made it easy to find things to do and explore nearby, and the room blinds worked amazingly well, with a solid door-like design. The lobby and rooms were very clean, and the AC and heating both worked well. Breakfast was included and had everything you’d want. It’s a low-star hotel, but I thought it was very nice and clean. My only gripe is that breakfast seems to be the only amenity, though the surrounding area makes up for that.

The staff made things easy, from a quick check-in to helpful local tips and recommendations. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern enough, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Nothing fancy, but much better than I expected for the price. Though it’s officially rated 2 stars, it felt more like a solid 4-star place to me. It’s quiet near the estuary, with easy motorway access if you’re driving. Great value, and I’d recommend it and come back.

We had a comfortable, secure family stay, and the hotel was clean. The service met the standard I look for on a leisure trip. Breakfast was good and, in my opinion, suited different dietary needs. One strange thing: they wouldn’t lend us cutlery from the kitchen, which I’ve borrowed at other hotels for an in-room meal. They do sell it from a vending machine instead. The hotel is well placed near the metro and within walking distance of places to go, and I enjoyed the stay.

Raquel was wonderful. She tried to arrange an early check-in for me, which I rarely manage to get, and was very accommodating after I’d been travelling for a few days. The service was so friendly, and the hotel and room were VERY clean and smelled fresh and nice. I really enjoyed my time here, and can’t wait to come back to this place and neighbourhood. Thank you for having me.
