The Brunch & Spa package was the best part of my stay. The massage was amazing, and the masseuse was so skilled and intuitive that I wanted to take him home with me. I’m still regaining my strength, and it was just what my body needed. The brunch was delicious, with generous portions, even though my appetite hasn’t fully returned. You can tell the kitchen cares about the ingredients and how the food is presented. I chose NEYA Lisboa Hotel to celebrate beating cancer, and it turned out to be a wonderfully restorative place. I arrived exhausted from my flight, but the staff arranged an early check-in so I could rest before exploring Lisbon. The NEYA team made me feel cared for during a very special time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for warm hospitality and a relaxing, wellness-focused atmosphere.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was fine and clean too. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve had, but it was okay. Staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was decent. For the price, I think the hotel is absolutely worth it and would happily recommend it.

The hotel is cozy, warm, and well insulated against both noise and cold, with very good value for money. The staff were professional, kind, understanding, and helpful. I do want to warn people against Agoda: they scammed me and then kept wrongly blaming the hotel. Don’t book through them. The hotel itself is wonderful, and I’ll come back next time I’m in Lisbon. Many thanks to the lovely staff.

We stayed for three nights across two trips. On the first visit the mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable, but when we returned they were much better. The location and breakfast were good, and every staff member was courteous. It’s an amazing hotel with gem of a staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my friend after midnight, when the bar had already closed. Such thoughtful service, and highly recommended. 💛✨✨✨ We had a wonderful stay at Neya Lisboa Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, the location was central and convenient, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
