I'd give this hotel 7 out of 10 based on my personal ratings from stays in many countries. The woman who cleaned our floor's rooms was the standout for me. She was so kind and warm, always smiling, and did a 100-out-of-10 job cleaning our room. The location wasn't ideal for us since it isn't near the city center, though it's close to the metro and a shopping center. There aren't grocery shops nearby apart from the supermarket in the mall. Prices are affordable for Lisbon. I could hear my neighbor showering, and even every cough came through the very thin walls, waking me up. As a vegetarian, I also found no fresh vegetable choices beyond tomatoes. When I asked for cucumber, they seemed confused and shocked. One male receptionist was very rude, while the Black woman at reception was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, with a huge walk-in shower, and breakfast had loads to choose from. Very good value and a really positive experience. Bravo!

The staff made traveling with my family and toddler so easy. They helped during meals and even arranged food for my kid that wasn't on the menu. Everyone was extra friendly and there for us. I only managed to get two names, even though the whole team was great: Ceu Santosh, you're a star, and Manoj Lama, thank you! Little Marko sends his love! We stayed five days. The elevator and rooms were as expected, but the support from the staff was what really stood out.

The room view wasn't great, but we were out at different places most of the day, so it didn't matter to us. We stayed four nights, and the room and bathroom were clean, with towels and all the bathroom accessories we needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good range of food, juice, coffee, and tea, and the staff were kind and helpful. A very nice hotel, four metro stops from the center of Lisbon.

A very nice hotel, though I was a bit surprised they charged me 3.50 euros for a Coke to take on the road. We were part of a 60-person bus tour and had just finished the included breakfast when I asked for it.
