Olissippo Saldanha

We spent five nights here in late December 2025, and I have nothing to complain about. The area is nice, quiet, and well connected. Our room was spotless, very nice, and large enough. Breakfast was good enough, though a few more vegetables might have been nice.

Before I arrived, the hotel emailed to ask what would make my stay better. I jokingly listed a few wishes, and the employees made them all happen. Fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and staff across reception, the restaurant, and the bar were friendly and always ready to help. The location is ideal, two minutes on foot from the metro where the yellow and red lines meet. Across the street there's a restaurant with delicious burgers; a cafeteria is 50 meters away, along with a pharmacy open until 2 in the morning. There's also a large supermarket nearby that's open every day.

We stayed two nights before our cruise. The modern hotel had a spacious room and bathroom, both absolutely spotless. Housekeeping was impossible to fault, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent, and several restaurants serving “international” cuisine were an easy walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We liked being in a great neighborhood that didn't feel touristy, and felt like locals while still being able to get to the hotspots easily. The metro station is very close, with great restaurants all around. Staff were friendly, and our suite was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We had a great stay!
