Passion Inn

This was my worst experience in Portugal. I hope nobody else has to go through the same thing. They gave me a different room, the door wouldn’t close, it was noisy next door, and the toilet smelled bad. After I left, I realized I’d forgotten my mini bag of cosmetics there. The items were worth over USD600. They answered the phone at first, but later seemed to avoid me. I called many times and tried email too, but got no response and no real effort to find my things. There’s no front desk, so even going there gave me no way to meet anyone. They didn’t return the lost items. Don’t erase my review, I’ll post it again. This may be subjective, but I want other guests to know. The room condition and service didn’t match the USD160 cost. If a guest leaves something important behind after checkout, being unable to reach anyone could become a serious problem. The people running it are just crooks.

Comfortable and clean accommodation, close to the subway, and a good option for staying in Lisbon. Just be aware it’s on the fourth floor and there’s no elevator.

I loved staying here.

There were 12 of us, and the house was very nice, with spacious, well-furnished rooms. It’s convenient for the metro, and the staff were really friendly. Recommended.
