We'd never been to Lisbon and weren't sure what to expect, so it was a happy surprise to find ourselves right among the historic areas, restaurants, and shops. The Pousada Lisboa is beautiful and perfectly located, with lovely rooms and an incredible breakfast. The staff were amazing, let us check in early, and were accommodating the whole time. We highly recommend it!

The hotel feels like a fairytale, from its architecture and atmosphere to the warm welcome. In person, the property is even more beautiful than the online photos, with that charming feeling in every corner. The reception team and other staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and cleanliness and hygiene were clearly taken seriously. As a meticulous family, we especially appreciated staff checking in during the day to see whether we needed extra cleaning or anything else. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this charming hotel.

We loved this hotel and definitely want to return. It's super central but still quiet, with air-conditioning for warmer days and a 24/7 spa. The bed was cozy with a great big mattress, and the bathroom was comfortable too. Such a good experience.

Such a beautiful hotel in a historic area, with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet had everything, plus fancy little extras that made it feel special, including honeycomb. Loved it.

I stayed with my partner and their family, and leaving was honestly heartbreaking. The whole visit felt magical from the moment we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, from reception and housekeeping to the Bar and Grill staff next door. The room was excellent and the facilities were great. We tried breakfast one morning and were blown away by the choices. My only regret is not asking for one of the nicely packaged bars of soap that my fellow travelers had delivered. I can only thank everyone for such a memorable trip.
