Residentas Aurea

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, and everything was organized smoothly. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. It’s right in the middle of everything, with plenty within walking distance. We’ll choose it again if we visit Lisbon another time. The one issue, I think, is noise from the tram lines if you’re on the first floor.

The staff were lovely and answered all my questions quickly on What’s App. Getting in was a little tricky: the code won’t work until your check-in time. You can leave luggage at ANOTHER Residentas building, and make sure your taxi takes you to the right address. We had a spacious apartment with beautiful furnishings in a great location. It’s the best apartment we’ve stayed in while traveling, and I highly recommend Residentas Aurea.

Lisbon was easy to get around from this place, thanks to its convenient position near the city's main urban infrastructure. The apartment was kept impeccably clean and managed in a very organized way. At night, you can see the distant cathedral, which gives the place a distinctive atmosphere. The mix of a good apartment and a handy location means I'd choose to stay here again on a future visit.

The service is what really stood out. Before we arrived, the team communicated quickly and helpfully over WhatsApp, arranged early luggage drop-off, and made check-in easy. During the stay they replied to questions almost immediately, then looked after our bags after checkout so we could enjoy our last few hours without stress. You can tell they care about guests. We’d be back in a heartbeat. The apartment was huge, spotless, full of natural light, and had all the comforts that made it feel like our own little city home. The location puts you right among Baixa, Chiado, and the tram lines, an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. Highly recommended. Photo for fun 😄
