Jose was fine with our early check-in, and Tania, who handed over the key, was really friendly and helpful. The famous 28E tram stop is just a minute away on foot. You can even watch the trams go by from the little balcony, which has two chairs. For this price, a room with a private bathroom is hard to find. It wasn't huge, but it didn't feel cramped and had everything we needed, including a shower. The bed was super comfy and felt clean. They'd also provided a small kettle, a couple of cups and glasses, coffee sachets, and sugar. The WiFi was great, and the TV had English channels.

It's centrally located, not too expensive, and has decent facilities. But it gets really loud, with people making noise in the street and the balcony facing the 28E tram line. During the day, the trams make bone-shattering sounds every few minutes.

The staff were extra nice, and the location is great if you like this area. Still, for the price, they could add a heater and get a dehumidifier.

Jose made me feel incredibly welcome and was very kind throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and getting around was easy with good transport options like Tram 28E.
