The staff were quite nice, and the location worked well for sightseeing. The room was okay, like a typical refurbished Ibis room, and fairly clean. But the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors' every word, and there was a strange smell in the room. TV mirroring, YouTube, and Netflix didn't work at all because the TV wasn't connected to Wi-Fi.

I've been a loyal Accor customer for years, and this place was a real surprise in the best way. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and every staff member I met was polite, friendly, and professional. They deserve all the praise. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of useful shopping and food nearby: Lidl across the street, Continente Bom Dia around the corner, a mall a few blocks away, and Lebanese and Indian restaurants close by, including Atithi. There are cafes and shops around too. The area is outside the city centre in a less touristy neighborhood, which suited us. A nearby Metro stop is handy, though we mostly used Uber and Bolt since they were convenient and inexpensive. Our room was basic but had what we needed, and both it and the public spaces were exceptionally clean. The room had paper cups but no kettle; we could get what we needed from the bar downstairs, which is open 24 hours. The coffee was fabulous. We didn't try the inexpensive breakfast buffet. The lobby and bar materials and amenities were cleverly designed, with a playful touch. The Ibis staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to Bruno, Diogo, Rita, and the others. Carla, our cleaner, was lovely and did an amazing job. For the price, I can't think of a major complaint, and we'd definitely stay here again if we visit Lisbon.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept, and the peaceful location was still close to everything. From the moment I arrived, the service felt warm and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.
