The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the other guests respected the shared spaces, so there were no problems there. The place is nicely located near a metro station and bus stops. The doors were noisy, though, and I woke up whenever someone came in.

The lack of heating made my 14-day stay cold, especially in the bathroom. For a spring visit to Lisbon, I wouldn't choose this place for that reason. Still, my room was cozy, the bed excellent, and the bathroom large and clean. Rooms Fado was just as it looked online, and Arrois felt very safe, with the metro near the guest house.

Getting around was easy, with the station just five minutes away and shops and restaurants nearby. Pereira was quick to answer my questions before and during the trip, and even offered to come check the washer-dryer when I had trouble with it. I liked having entry codes for the building and bedroom block as well as a room key. I’m always losing keys in my bag, and it was rainy during my stay. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and despite facing a busy street I didn’t hear any outside noise. The shared kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. I’d recommend it and hope to come back with my family.
