At €100 a night, I expected a little more, and breakfast cost another €15 per person. The buffet was there, but the scrambled eggs weren't very good. The reception was very clean and the staff were nice. The room was a decent size, with good shower pressure, though the beds were rock hard. Some lights didn't work, while others wouldn't turn off unless unplugged, and the bed sheet didn't seem very well washed. The location is handy for the metro, which gets you around the city. Estadia da Luz is about 15 minutes away for a little over €2. The area felt dodgy at night, though I suppose that's something you can find in any European city.

The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. I also liked the cozy, tucked-away atmosphere, which made this a nice place to return to after exploring Lisbon. The Rossio Garden Hotel is a lovely surprise for a three-star property. The decor is nice, and I felt the quality, atmosphere, and service added up to much more than the price. It really punches above its weight. Highly recommended!

The room was a little small and dated, but I'd happily stay here again. The location and rooms are good for the price, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

The cobblestones around the hotel are rough, and with the vehicle restrictions, getting luggage to the entrance can be a real drag. Taxis can drop you there before 9am and after 1am, since the roads are closed to vehicles at other times, except taxis between 1am and 9am. We had to pull our heavy roller bags over the uneven stones. I still don't get why they can't spend a few euros on a cart with big wheels for the cobbled path. The place was generally clean, the location was awesome, and breakfast was okay. Some noise from nearby restaurants, but it didn't bother me much. I'd stay again.

Rossio Garden Hotel was really nice, though it can be hard to spot if you haven't been there before. Taxis and Ubers can't reach the main door, so if you've got a lot of bags, you'll need to get out on the main road and roll them down. The first photo gives an idea of the walk.
